For security, customer accounts are created only after the administrator starts your motorcycle application and you verify your registered mobile number.
Public sign-up is disabled. The administrator first records your contact number, email, and motorcycle installment details.
If you are testing locally and email/SMS providers are not configured yet, the test messages are saved in the project's storage/mail_outbox and storage/sms_outbox folders.
